Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of any content from this platform is strictly prohibited.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown request. Your notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work — a description of the original work you claim has been infringed, including the URL or location where it can be found (if applicable).
  • Identification of the infringing material — the specific URL or location on our website where the allegedly infringing content is located.
  • Your contact information — full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Statement of good faith belief — a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Statement of accuracy — a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Physical or electronic signature — your signature or the signature of an authorized representative.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled in error
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Retention of Information

DMCA notices and counter-notices may be shared with the involved parties and retained for legal record-keeping purposes.
