Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, Flipbooks)

All digital products are delivered electronically. Upon confirmation of payment, your purchase is instantly added to your personal Library and is available to read or listen to on any device where you are signed in. No physical package is shipped and no shipping fees apply.

Accessing your purchase: Sign in with the email address used at checkout and open your Library. Your purchase will appear within a minute of a successful payment. If it does not appear, refresh your browser or contact us with your order confirmation number.

Physical Products (Gift Shop & Merchandise)

Our merchandise is produced and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners (Printify and Gelato). Each item is made to order and ships directly from the production facility nearest to your location.

Processing time: 1–5 business days for production before dispatch.

Domestic shipping (United States): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International shipping: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping confirmation: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping promotions, if active, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to carrier processing, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number.

Third-Party Retailers

Books purchased through third-party retailers such as Amazon or Barnes & Noble are subject to the respective retailer's shipping, delivery, and return policies. Please contact the retailer directly for any order-related inquiries regarding those purchases.
