By accessing or using The Ink — Artistry by Kaminski (theinkartistry.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Description of Service

The Ink is an independent bookstore and publishing platform operated by K.J.A & Z.J.O LLC under the imprint K.J.A & Z.J.O Press Studio. We provide digital books (eBooks, audiobooks, flipbooks), physical merchandise through our Gift Shop, and membership subscription plans. All content on this platform is authored by Kaminski Daley unless otherwise stated.

3. Accounts

To purchase products or access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Accounts are linked to your email address. We use a magic link authentication system — no password required.

4. Digital Products & Licensing

When you purchase a digital product (eBook, audiobook, flipbook), you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:

• Access and read/listen to the product through your Library on any device where you are signed in
• Download the product for personal use

You may NOT:

• Copy, distribute, reproduce, or share the product with others
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer your access to another person
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Remove any copyright or watermark notices

All content is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized distribution may result in termination of your account and legal action.

5. Membership Subscriptions

The Ink offers tiered subscription plans managed through Whop:

• The Reader — $19.99/month
• The Devoted — $39.99/month
• The Inner Circle — $79.99/month

Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Membership benefits and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any changes before they take effect.

6. Physical Products (Gift Shop)

Physical merchandise is fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners (Printify and Gelato). Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the final printed product. Availability is subject to change without notice.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and Whop. We do not store your full card information. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

8. Author Subscriptions

Authors who publish through The Ink are subject to the author subscription terms ($19.99/month or $199/year). An active subscription is required to upload and publish content. Uploaded content remains the intellectual property of the author.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Post abusive, defamatory, or harassing content in community features (e.g., Be The Mess)
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise the security of the website
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the platform

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on The Ink — including books, audiobooks, artwork, logos, graphics, text, and design — is owned by K.J.A & Z.J.O LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. The name "The Ink — Artistry by Kaminski" and all related branding are trademarks of K.J.A & Z.J.O LLC.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party retailers such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites. Purchases made through third-party retailers are governed by their respective terms.

12. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or that all content will be error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

K.J.A & Z.J.O LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or inability to access purchased content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
